Email from FitterUp can be caught by a spam filter of your organization.
This will make email:
- placed in the Junk Email folder
- permanently deleted

How is FitterUp email sent?
Email from FitterUp always comes from two sources:
- Microsoft 365
Used for email from FitterUp employees. - Sendgrid
Used for email from the FitterUp platform.
Solutions
- Allow email if DKIM / SPF records are not met
FitterUp uses DKIM and SPF records. Allow email with correct DKIM and/or SPF records. - Whitelist FitterUp subdomains
Sendgrid uses @em8373.fitterup.com for sending email. Allow sending from @*.fitterup.com. - Sendgrid IP whitelisting
FitterUp uses a dedicated IP address at Sendgrid. This IP address can, for example, be whitelisted. Preference is given to the option above because in the future multiple IP addresses can be added for sending email.
