It is possible that not all data is synchronized with FitterUp.
You can easily fix this by following these steps:
- Check if the steps (or other data) that you don't see in FitterUp are visible in the source app.
E.g. Google Fit, Apple Health, Garmin, etc - Open FitterUp
- Click More
- Click Apps & devices
- Click the Sync button (cloud with arrow) behind the link you are using
The last 14 days are now collected again and processed in FitterUp.
Important to know:
- It can take up to 5 minutes for all data to be processed and visible in the app.
- Pressing the button multiple times is useless

Have you connected with an external app such as Garmin, Fitbit or Strava and you don't see any data yet? Try disconnecting and reconnecting.
